A perk of my job is that I get to accompany student groups on their travels throughout Europe and last week I took my first trip to York. Here are a few snapshots from the day:
The weather was fantastic, so I climbed the city wall and spent most of the day just walking the streets.
I also visited the Quilt Museum and let me tell you: It's amazing! They change their displays every three months and when I went they were showing quilts from artists all over Europe and also had a miniature quilts exhibition. Very inspiring.
